Jack must have had a brain growth spurt last week because he clearly took some mental leaps. A few days ago he started clapping. It's not loud and a little like a flail, but he's clapping. He's also started babbling a lot more. He use to just say 'ba-ba', 'da-da', ga-ga, etc. His fanciest word was "ah-gee". Now he's stringing sounds together into totally nonsensical "words" . "Da-da-bwahh-ha-ga". That type of thing. Jack really wants to feed himself. He tried to grab and eat the spoon at every meal time. Sometimes I let him have it. Not much food gets in his mouth.
