Jack did really well at his doctor's appointment on Tuesday. He didn't like the shots, but when they were over, it was over. He calmed down and was back to being a smiling baby by the time we got home. His current stats are length= 24 7/8" weight= 14lb 1 oz. Once again, out little guy is right on the 50th percentile line. Congratulations little baby on being so perfectly average.
In other news, we're back out of the swaddle again. This little guy figured out how to roll over onto his tummy while in his swaddle. It scares the love right out of me to see him sleeping face down in the crib. He use to be such a good sleeper, now it's a crapshoot. Some nights he does really well. Others, like last night, he was up a 2, 4, and 6. It seems to be the gas keeping him up. He doesn't really cry, he just grunts all.night.long. He must have inherited this from his daddy.
Anyway, I'm not complaining. Jack is such an enjoyable baby. The only thing he loves more than giggling and playing is trying to shove stuff in his mouth. Even with a lot of coaching he doesn't really suck his thumb. He seems to prefer sucking his index finger instead. This we know he inherited from his Aunt Meredith.
