Halloween was a big success. We are so lucky to live in a neighborhood with lots of kids. Every year, a few families throw a big Halloween block party. Jack was Spiderman, Ivy was a pink dinosaur/dragon. Shawn and I painted our faces like skeletons. It's really too bad we didn't get any photos of us. As the party wound down, Jack and Ben hit a few houses for Jack's first round of Trick-or-Treating. He and Ben were hysterical. They didn't quite know what to do. So they got to the first door and stood there a second. They then opened the mail slot and proceeded to giggle loudly until someone came to the door. With a little prompting, they were soon pros.
